Cheryl has a broad range of employee benefits experience with over 20 years in the industry. She has a unique ability to design employee benefits for each company she consults. Cheryl specializes in group medical, dental, disability, long-term care and life programs for all size companies.

Tina M. Brown-West, RHU, LUTC (Group Specialist)
Tina has over 20 years experience in the employee benefits industry. She also has her RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) and LUTC (Life Underwriter Training Council) designations.  She is responsible for offering employee benefit solutions to businesses as well as providing alternative solutions to our clients at renewal. Tina also provides individual health insurance sales and service, short-term medical coverage and Medicare supplement polices.

Teresa M. Terrell (Sales Support Specialist)
With over 17 years of experience, Teresa provides sales support to the sales staff and also is one of our renewal specialists. She shops the market for competitive quotes, prepares benefit presentations and provides alternate benefit designs for groups at renewal.

Patty M. Bendig (Client Service Coordinator)
Patty is dedicated to assisting all of our clients throughout the year to address service issues and answer all questions concerning their group’s benefit plan(s). She helps enroll and educate employees and works with the client to do what is necessary to keep the plan running smoothly. With 18 years experience in providing customer service in the area of group insurance, our clients have come to depend on Patty’s knowledge and guidance.

Donald G. Hill, Jr. (Renewal Service Manager)
Donald has over 10 years of sales and service experience in both the medical services and health insurance industries. He is a renewal specialist and assists clients with the renewal process by shopping the market for competitive quotes and alternate plan designs.
